Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 1-2 days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. 

We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories.

Currently we do not ship outside the U.S. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Damages and lost packages: Buffy Cosmetics is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
